1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Custom Orders: As a provider of customised ice products, we take great care in producing unique pieces of art tailored to your specifications. Therefore, cancellations of custom orders can only be accepted within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined in Section 2 (Refund Policy).
1.2. Stock Orders: Orders for standard or in-stock items can be cancelled but the advance amount is non-refundable, also the cancellation request should be made before the order has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to Section 2 (Refund Policy) for instructions on returning the product.

2. Refund Policy
2.1. Custom Orders: Refunds for custom orders are provided case-by-case. If a cancellation is requested within the first 48 hours of order placement (as outlined in Section 1.1), we will evaluate the request and determine the refund amount based on the progress made on the order. Any expenses or costs already incurred in the production of the custom item or any advance paid may be deducted from the refund.
2.2. Stock Orders: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for stock items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product in good condition.

Your order number and the reason for return must be included while returning. You will get the instructions to return the product once it is approved. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable goods, including ice sculptures.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
- Products with signs of wear and tear.
- Custom orders, except as outlined in Section 2.1.
